So, if you haven't heard, Punxsutawney Phil has predicted an early Spring. I love that guy!
BUT Where is it? Why are the weather forecasters predicting snow again???? I'm counting on Phil's prediction to come true, so hopefully this week will be the end of the snow until next winter!
